This fountain arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to set up. It took some trial and error to place the stones in such a way that prevented the water from spilling over; but be aware if the fountain is moved and your carefully placed stones are jostled from their positions, the stones must be rearranged to prevent spillage. I have learned from having another larger (cat/dog) fountain with a similar pump that keeping the pump clean is paramount to having an efficient and quiet pump. The falling water sound is lovely and the fountain is beautiful.
